Booking policy:
For one off bookings payment is to be made by BAC in advance or in cash on the day of your hire.
For block bookings a 50% upfront deposit is required on receipt of your invoice. The balance is payable on the first day of hire in cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy:
Block bookings
- 30 days notice: Full refund of deposit
- 14 days notice: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 14 days notice: Full deposit is retained as a cancellation fee
One off bookings
- The full fee will be due if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
